Nestled on the French Broad River in the heart of the Etowah Valley, The Riverview Farm was owned and operated for many decades by the Parkinson Family as primarily a vegetable farm.

The farm was purchased 5 years ago by the prior owner who focused on the removal of failing structures packed full of things that were collected and stored over the decades. One and a half tons of canned vegetables were removed from the basement of the farmhouse alone!

The property spreads across 33 acres in total, with 20 acres of open field cultivation and pasture, as well as 13 acres of wildlife rich forest land, including a wide variety of old growth tree species.

Today, The Riverview Farm is being developed to provide multi-crops and livestock regenerative farming, as well as offering outside event space and future vacation rental opportunities.
